Well once again I admirably succede at failing to update for a long time. Blah blah blah, I'm sorry, ad infinitum.

Here's a quick update on whats happened in the past month, along with my main reason for not updating (you'll be amazed to know, it's not FF-XI).

I spent the first two week just chillin at home doin my thing, sketching, FF-XI, etc. Then I started work my new job at the Buffalo Wing Factory & Pub. It's pretty slack right now, but hopefully things will pick up. Roughly the same time as I started at my job, someone who shall remain unnamed (*cough* Greg *cough*) had made repeat of last year when he started playing FF-XI and told me to play… he got World of Warcraft. So did Harry, Talon (who had to buy a new computer to play), Matt, and of course… myself. That's why I haven't been updating the website. You can find details in the Forum if you're interested in teaming up with us.

Now, two bits of news, one good, one bad.

Good news: Just prior to starting my job at BWF, Dad and Linda went before the Justice of the Peace and got married. On a similar note of marriage, I would to take NOW to congratulate fellow webcomicer Greg Dean of RealLife Comics on his engagement to Elizabeth Van Buskirk. I wish them the best of luck in their new lives together. Oddly enough, Greg's comic about asking the pivitol question was posted the same day my Dad got married. I thought that was neat.

Bad news: As one may have guessed from the previous post, someone died. Chyler, who was a housemate of Greg and Pary, died this past weekend (I won't disclose details here for privacy's sake). His Memorial Service was last night which was attended by the entire ILB crew. I spent more time playing FF-XI with him than I ever did in real life, as a matter of fact, it was HE who had purchased FF-XI which prompted Greg to play, and we all know what happened from there. For those who played with him, his character named was Grunkalunka. After hearing all the various memories from his friends and family, I feel kinda dissapointed that I'll never get to know him like that, but I still feel honored to have known him period. So, farewell Chyler… you'll be missed.

If you feel the urge to offer sympathies about Chyler, I kindly direct you to the forum, where there a fair amount of people who knew him, including those who lived with him these past years.

As for the site… I've got time, and I feel like taking a break from WoW so I'm gonna see if I can't get somethings done around here. It's been a nagging feeling in the back of mind to get working on the site again. I've got a large backlog of sketches I need to put in for murf-ART. Additionally, I'm actually working on an ILB comic. Yes, not planning, working. The sketches are done, scanned and being colored. If I put my nose to the grind, I could have it done by tonight. (It's pretty simple). Anyways, if I'm gonna get anything done, I'd better stop ranting and get back to work.
