*cracks knuckles* Okay… let's do this. Welcome to yet another update on the life of murf.

Things have been fairly good this month, nothing overly bad to say the least. Update on Mum. She starts chemotherapy soon (so she'll be bald). Her doctor said it may not even be needed, but she opted to do it just to be safe. So three cheers for Mum! Work has been going pretty well. It's crazy in that kitchen at times but the crew is fairly cool and fun to work with. My hours should pick up sometime around the start of April, so things may take a hit here for a while, but I'll do my best to keep you entertained. I promise (don't worry, I only tend to play WoW once a week these days).

Now for my super-duper, Rank A, number 1 good news of the rant! Basically, everything is set for start school. All my loans are good to go, and I've got a place to live! All I need now is someone to live with. Hell, that may be your reason for coming to the site, because I sent you an e-mail asking you to live with me. If you are one of those people, welcome and at least enjoy the site even if you don't decide to be my roommate, and maybe I'll see you at school later this year. So classes start on May 31st, I'm set to move mid-May (after Star Wars: Episode 3 comes out of course). I'm excited, can ya tell? ^^

So only two more months to go. And speaking of months, in roughly ONE MONTH, it'll be murf-STUFF's 1st birthday. Isn't that awesome? One year since I started this little thing. Wow, seems like only yesterday I did that guest strip for RealLife Comics and the subsequent questions of my identity on the forum led me to make this site. It's been a wild ride, even if I've only been taking it seriously since January of this year. But I've gone 8 weeks straight on my comic, there's always been at least 2 new art pieces in my weekly art updates. So yea, I think things are going well in here. I'll need to something nice for my one year anniversary to reward myself and what few fans I have.

Oh, and speaking of RealLife Comics, I would like to send a hearty (and slightly belated) congratulations to Greg (RealLife's creator) and Liz on their marriage on Sunday, March 20th. May you two have a lifetime of unequaled joy together.

Along with today's rant, I've finally got a good “Characters Page” at ILB. It's not finished, but it'll do for now.

Well, time for a new rant I suppose.

So, I worked at this place called “Buffalo Wing Factory & Pub” doing delievery driving. After the Super Bowl, they shut down for some repairs. I later found out (by word of mouth from Murph) that they shut down outright. You know, out of bussiness. So this past month where I was looking for a job to back up the Wing Factory, I actually needed a job period. Well now I've got one. I'm doing kitchen work at a local restaurant owned by a good family friend named Jim Roland. This restaurant named “St. Marteen Cafe” is the whole reason I live where I do now, and I've been eating at this place since I was 7. Guess it's kind of apporpriate that my last employment in Charlottesville be the place I need to thank for living here.

Speaking of leaving Charlottesville, Murph and I are currently running the Financial Aid Gauntlet for school. We're on schedule with getting everything ready. Things are looking good on that front.

I know some of you out there sent my Mum some nice e-mails. Thanks a lot. She really enjoyed them. According to the doctor, she's doing very well and things are looking great. So that's exceptionally good news.

I don't think I've got much else to say about anything for now. Let me check that real quick. Nope, nothing else. Damn my boring life. ^^
